A Team Allocation Decision for Aircraft Fleet Maintenance

This paper is about a computer application for planning maintenance of aircraft fleet in what regards allocation skilled technicians. The formalization this mathematical programming problem written as minimizing one. decision variables are the data number available technicians, working hours needed to accomplish maintenance, costs due daily operation facilities, and downtime. Although, non-linear integer-programming problem, transformation from positive integer ones Boolean conceivable allows reformulation pure linear problem. Also, relaxation continuous relaxed formulation convex A case study two fleets illustrates both formulations: solved by pyomo library calling GLPK solvers Scipy formulation. An inference presented results addresses issue using nonlinear emulate solution programming.
